Kyra Eells, Office Manager

Kyra’s role is managing the home office while Rick is in the field. She assists contractors and clients alike; with the multitude of invoices, disbursement requests, lien waivers, insurance certificates, faxes, phone calls, and emails. Kyra plays a key role in the daily operations of the business and is in constant focus of the company’s vision of “customer service.”

Our office is run from our family residence at 252 Bean Road, in Otisfield, Maine. Located in central western Maine (less than an hour from Portland, Maine or North Conway, New Hampshire), we are positioned to serve our targeted market of both Maine and New Hampshire. With laptops, email, cell phones, GPS systems, and out “trusty steeds”…we are a mobile company that is poised to travel to meet our client’s needs!
